ABOUT
Born in Brussels, Belgium.
Alain Schroeder is a Belgian photojournalist. He has been a freelance sports photographer from 1979 until 1989, when he founded Reporters, a well-known photo agency in Belgium. His work has been published in National Geographic and Geo among many others and he has illustrated over thirty books.
Since 2012 he has chosen a life on the go. While travelling the world, he is shooting personal projects focusing on social issues and human interest stories. Alain always takes a close look at life and captures his impressions in incredibly strong images telling stories about life and death and everything in between.
